I'm very displeased by the service that I'm receiving from Puma. On 05/20/2021 I put in an order for a shirt and tennis shoes. I waited until 06/02/2021 to call in about y order and was told by a representative that y order was delayed because of some issues at the warehouse but I would receive order. Then you guys days later send e this message stating that the Haribo tennis shoes for my order are now unavailable and canceled from y order but I still have not received my shirt that was on the same order. What is going on, If I not going to receive the shirt either where is y money? It has been 19days and still no products or change in order status.

I bought my cute Puma sandals here. It's perfect quality. I really like them. Thanks a lot for the fast delivery.

I ordered shoes and miss typed the last number in my address. I saw the mistake after I completed the transaction. So I immediately got on live chat and there was no one available. I called and there was no answer. So I emailed them. The next day no response so I called again, still no response. On the third day I received an email stating my package is being delivered and a little later saying it was too late to correct the address because the shoes have already shipped.
There was plenty of time to correct the problem but due to the absence of customer service my shoes are being delivered to the wrong house. I'm shocked that the puma company operates this way.

Horrible. Over 14 days still no order arrived. No customer service. Only chat bots that are no help. Not worth it go to adidas.

I added to the cart 2 polos, $9.99 each. When I started to check out price magically changed to $24.99 for each...
Don't trust them!

I ordered mask. I received medium size mask but it does not fit properly.
They are refusing to replace small size.

Puma is my all time favorite brand especially in shoes section. It's style, design, durability. Etc all are too good

Their golf shoe soles separate from the shoe even if you don't wear them much. Customer service will only give a 20% discount on another pair. Why would I buy their shoes again? Never again... Better companies out there..

Ordered a pair of shoes from Puma 11/22/20 for 64.99. Saw them 2 days later on line from Puma for 54.99. I called customer service to ask for a 10.00 credit. Was told my request would be reviewed, even though according to their guidelines, it was done within 7 days of the order. Made a follow up call 11/27/20. Was told if it is approved, the credit would come in 30 days. Whatever happens, safe to say this was the last time I do business with this fly-by-night orginization.

It's the best sports brand. I bought some clothes here. Also, I like Puma shoes. Thanks a lot for these goods.

I buy sport boots on this website only. The delivery is always timely, the quality of products is beyond competition.
